This was my second visit to Athena Day Spa and it was just as fabulous as the first. The relaxation massage was so wonderful! Would absolutely recommend!

I went in for a brow and lash tint on 3/6. I had been to Athena for a brow and lash tint three times before and everything was fine.This time the lash tint went fine but the brow tint did not. The first thing I said to the woman who did my brows was that I wanted them to look natural. I have blond hair and the last thing I wanted was to have super dark eyebrows. When she finished she said “they are a little dark but they’ll fade.” I looked like Groucho Marx’s, it was awful! I went home and ended up taking the tint off because I was afraid to let the tint set and have to deal with those horrible brows for 4-6 weeks. The day after the treatment I emailed Athena requesting a refund for the cost of my brow tint (the lashes were fine so I didn’t want money back for those), that was March 7th and I still haven’t heard anything back. Needless to say, there are enough salons in the Portland area that do lashes and brows that I don’t need to return to Athena where they don’t have the customer service that matches their prices.

I have always had excellent service at Athena which is why it's a no-brainer that I keep coming back....my stylist is a gem and treats me like family....I enjoy my experience each and every time!!

This place is heaven on earth! I booked a package that included pedi, gel mani, facial, and massage. Every single person I interacted with was so kind and absolutely amazing at their service. The spa is very peaceful, everyone was very welcoming. The facial was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the massage was so relaxing. The nail tech was a gem and very thorough. Why go anywhere else? This place has it all. 5 stars
